Overseas Visitors

Welcome to Meanwhile Garden Medical Centre. If you’re visiting the UK, we provide medical care for non-residents, but please note that some services may require payment.

Who Can Access Free NHS Treatment?
Some visitors qualify for free NHS care, including:

✅ Refugees or asylum seekers (with valid documentation)
✅ Victims of trafficking or modern slavery
✅ Certain emergency treatments (e.g., A&E visits—though follow-ups may incur charges)

When Will I Be Charged?
Most overseas visitors must pay for:

✔ Non-emergency treatments

Check the UK government’s healthcare eligibility tool (https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-healthcare) for details.
